Registration for Quinceañeras will only be open in February and October of every year.  To begin the process to request a date for the 2024 year, please read the following requirements and fill out the form below. You will be contacted via email once your form is submitted. Forms will be processed in the order they are received, the date you request is not guaranteed. Please allow up to 1 week after submitting your form to be contacted. 

Las registractiones para Quinceañeras estaran abiertas durante el mes de Febrero y Octubre cada año. Para comenzar el proceso para reservar una fecha para el año 2024, por favor lea los siguentes requisitos y llene la forma debajo. Usted sera contactad@ por correo electronico en cuanto entregue su forma. Las formas seran procesadas en la orden que fueron recibidas, la fecha que usted solicite no esta garantizada. Por favor deje por lo menos 1 semana depues de llenar la forma para ser contactad@.  
REQUIREMENTS/ REQUISITOS

• Must be a registered parishioner
  • Deben estar registrados en nuestra parroquia
• Must complete a Quinceañera course
  • Deben completar un curso de Quinceañera
• Must do a Retreat prior to blessing
  • Deben hacer un retiro andtes de su bendicion.
• Individual Blessing $500, Group Blessing $300
  • Bendicion Individual $500, Bendicion en grupo $300. 
• FOR MASS: Must be an active altar server
  • PARA MISA: Dede ser monaguilla activa
