Baptismal Requirements
Baptisms are offered every Saturday. To begin your process, please read the following requirements and complete the form below. We will contact you via email to continue with your registration process. This could take up to 1 week after you submit your registration. We appreciate your patience.

PARENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Family must be registered as a member of the parish for at least 3 months, if you are not registered please to do so.
- Please bring copy of the child's birth certificate.
- Infant baptism age: 0 days to 6 years old (and 364 days),
- If the child is 7 years old, they will need to go to religious education classes. The child will be baptized at the Easter Vigil after 2 years of Religious Ed classes.
- Parents and Godparents must both take Pre-baptismal class offered by our Deacons.
- If the parents of the child to be baptized are not married by the Catholic Church, they can still baptize the child.
GODPARENT REQUIREMENTS:
- They should be living a life in harmony with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church (coming to Mass every Sunday and on Holy Days of Obligation, etc.).
- Is 16 years of age or older
- Have Received the Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist
- Godparents must not be the parents of the child or foster parents.
- Living their Catholic Christian vocation as a chaste single person - or - as a person validly married in the Catholic Church (Please provide Holy Matrimony certificate from the Catholic Parish where you received the sacrament)
- Godparents must promise to give spiritual support to their Godsons or Goddaughters. They are the second parents of the child to be baptized.
AFTER THE BAPTISM:
- The office will issue the certificate of baptism for the Child and give it to the parents after the Baptismal celebration. Please, do not lose your certificate!
Requisitos Bautismales

Los bautismos se ofrecen cada sábado. Para comenzar su proceso, lea los siguientes requisitos y complete el formulario a continuación. REQUISITOS PARA PADRES:

- Edad del bautismo infantil: de 0 días a 6 años (y 364 días),
- Si el niño tiene 7 años, tendrá que ir a clases de catecismo. El niño será bautizado en la Vigilia Pascual después de 2 años de clases de Educación Religiosa.
- Los padres y padrinos deben tomar la clase pre-bautismal ofrecida por nuestros Diáconos.
- Si los padres del niño a bautizar no están casados por la Iglesia Católica, aún pueden bautizar al niño.
REQUISITOS DE LOS PADRINOS:
- Deben llevar una vida en armonía con las enseñanzas de la Iglesia Católica Romana (venir a misa todos los domingos y los días de precepto, etc.).
- Tener 16 años de edad o más
- Ha recibido los Sacramentos de Iniciación: Bautismo, Confirmación y Eucaristía

- The parents and godparents will need to attend a Pre-Baptismal class prior to the date of the Baptism. You will receive more information about this when the coordinator contacts you.
  Your registration will be received immediately after you submit it.
  Your registration will be reviewed and you will be contacted via email to select a Baptism and class date.
  Once you have slected the dates you will be asked to make the $100 non refundable donation to finalize the Baptism. Your registration is incomplete if we do not receive the full payment.
  Your registration is complete when the coordinator finalizes it for you.
