Annulments

To begin the annulment process please call the office (509) 547-8841 to make an appointment, after you have filled out annulment application. 


Documents that you will need:

• A formal annulment petition though the church (complete form below) 
• Copies of the baptismal certificated of all catholic parties involved 
• A copy of the civil marriage certificate
• A copy of the church marriage certificate
• A copy of the divorce decree certified or signed by the judge

Para comenzar el proceso de anulación, llame a la oficina (509) 547-8841 para hacer una cita, después de haber completado la solicitud de anulación.

Documentos que necesitará:

• Petición de anulación formal através de la Iglesia (complete formulario de abajo) 
• Copias de certificado de Bautismo de los involucrados
• Copia del certificado de matrimonio civil
• Copia del certificado de matrimonio por la Iglesia
• Copia de la sentencia de divorcio certificada o firmada por el juez
